Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the service.
• You are responsible for activities under your account and keeping credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.

Acceptable Use & Content Safety

ChatLogo strictly prohibits using the service to request, create, generate, edit, upload, store, share, or distribute NSFW, pornographic, adult, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or illegal content.

• You may submit prompts, text, and—where enabled—images. You must own or have necessary rights to the content you upload. Do not upload or generate unlawful, infringing, pornographic/NSFW, sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise abusive content.
• You may not use ChatLogo to request, create, generate, edit, upload, store, share, or distribute NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content. This prohibition applies to prompts, uploaded reference images, generated outputs, and any attempt to bypass or evade our content safety controls.
• We may apply automated and/or manual moderation and may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts for violations.
• You agree not to abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service, nor to circumvent usage limits or security measures.

AI Disclosures

Our image generation may use trusted third-party AI providers. We disclose model provenance where applicable, follow relevant licensing or API terms, and may enforce output guardrails (e.g., quotas, size limits) for safety, compliance, and platform policy alignment.

License & Output Usage

• Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service.
• Unless otherwise stated, outputs are intended for personal or non-commercial use. For commercial use, ensure you have required rights and comply with applicable laws and any third-party terms.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy, rights clearance, and suitability for your intended use.

Subscriptions, Credits & Payments

• Some features may require paid subscriptions or credits.
• Billing is handled by our payment processor(s); we do not store full card numbers.
• Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may adjust pricing or limits with notice as permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

• We and our licensors retain all rights in and to the service, including software, documentation, and trademarks.
